Availability

The flat is available all summer, from the 15th June - 15th September and for the Easter holidays by special arrangement.

The renting week should start on Saturday, and the minimum stay is 1 week.

The low season price per week is from
15th - 30th June, & from 1st - 15th September.
 

You can pay in Euro or British pounds, either transfer the amount or send a cheque.

The price also includes the visitor's fee
("taxe de séjour") paid to the town of Palavas-les-Flots; it also includes gas, electricity and water.

NB. A deposit of €200 (£131) is required, to be sent by cheque - which is returned once the flat has been handed over in the condition it was found in.
